Good! Came for the honey butter pancake, but I liked everything else I got too! The kimchi pancake is solid, a bit sweet and on the thicker side and I hate the fish roe but that’s not their fault. Spicy chicken sandwich was yummy, the chili crisp flavor was great and I like the ginger dressing on the salad. The honey butter pancake is like extremely sweet and heavy but insanely delicious, also tasted kind of Indian to me?? Like it reminds me of an Indian dessert, prob cuz it’s soaked in the syrup. Transparently, we couldn’t even finish half the pancakes but it was just us 2. One order of pancake definitely enough for 4-5 people because of how heavy they are. Thanks Chas for dinner 😊

We could eat it all Bradley. Gg Annabelle first photo is for you!!! Honey butter pancakes are heavenly. These are the minis so I could only imagine the heart attack the golden diner regular ones would give me. The Korean fried chicken is amazing and so so so fried. Much better than the other kbbq chicken place. Melona drink much worse than crown shy’s! Luckily that was remedied! We tried to walk to bar after this. We walk to the door. Opened the door. Looked over at the bouncer and asked if he was going to card us 😭 awful #unc Burger and chicken sandwich good but forgettable

Listen to me and listen to me good. This pancake is OUT of this world. Best thing I’ve ever eaten. I would come here everyday of my life if I could. Perfect sweetness and softness. Beyond the pancake, the rest of the food on the menu is perfectly paired. Love the cucumber salad and Cesar

Great happy hour! Soy garlic wings were good. Breading was crisp although fell off in chunks after biting in. Spicy sauce on the side is the way to do it. Scallion pancake was over done but still decent. Golden pancakes were a sweet way to end the meal. Every inch of the pancake was saturated with syrup that the texture resembled bread pudding. Portioned just right for 2.

i’m realizing that i don’t like gastropub food… i was so excited to eat here bc i wanted to try the golden diner pancake but by the time we got to that we were sooo full. the pancakes were soft and thick but lowkey smth about the sauce or syrup dried out my mouth? the kimchi pancakes were good, chicken wings were flavorful too but i could only handle a few before i got so full. AND THEN i ordered the burger which was 1) $25 and 2) so soggy??? the bread was so soaked w sauce that it was so hard and messy to eat

Happy hour was super value for food. Can’t speak on the drinks but the rose rigatoni was solid and the kimchi pancake was good but a little burnt. For three hours of yapping and a full belly - 35$ post tip was super value

New Korean pub by the same team behind Golden Diner. Got takeout - buldak dumplings were a pass for me but I did enjoy the kimchi dumplings. Food was a bit greasy in general, which matches the vibe I guess. The inside is actually pretty cute.
