Picked up sandwiches for wfh lunch and hella pastries! The smoked salmon sandwich was slightly better than the tuna salad but tbh both were good. The darjeeling cardamom bun was 10/10 and I love the heirloom tomato pastry We got there at like 11 and the line took maybe 15 min but it doubled by the time we left

they were out of dumplings and deep fried milk and it was only 6pm so I was unhappy. The skewers felt kinda bland and dry to me, I wanted a dipping sauce. All the non skewer things were mid, I would not recommend unless you love bland skewers

A little dark and a little loud but the food was pretty good especially the rice with squid and the beef tartare. Dustin said he wants to become a guy who likes beef tartare and idk if this was good enough to convert him but I liked it

This was my top eat of the trip. The sweet shrimp, beef tartare and rice with quail were so good but the absolute star of the show was the cheesecake. I’ve truly never had a cheesecake like this before it was so creamy and soft but not too sweet. We literally ordered a whole cheesecake and finished it like it was nothing. Must go. The wine and vibes were cute too but oh god the food was delishhh

Going to have to come back here to try their food but the lavender hojicha latte was fine. Too much milk in general in their lattes and not enough tea/coffee flavor Literally no seating and it was packed - also no bathrooms which is crazy

Ngl I do not get the hype because everything was solid but nothing was like wow. Also there were flies everywhere which really brought down my dining experience. The dips were the best thing but the whipped ricotta was not bad, just a little sweet. The French toast for some reason did not hit, I would rather go to sailor for their French toast I dunno it was good but not great

Great deal for a pre theatre menu and it’s on inkind! Every dish was solid but the fried truffle mushroom croquettes were very truffle and the meatballs were saucy af. Impossible to flag down our waiter and the desserts were whatever but value wise it’s better than a lot of the other options pre broadway show
