Great happy hour! Soy garlic wings were good. Breading was crisp although fell off in chunks after biting in. Spicy sauce on the side is the way to do it. Scallion pancake was over done but still decent. Golden pancakes were a sweet way to end the meal. Every inch of the pancake was saturated with syrup that the texture resembled bread pudding. Portioned just right for 2.
