not sure if i’d wait an hour again but the french dip was tasty def put the shoestring fries in the sandwich for extra crunch, limeade helps to cut through the grease but was really tart 🍋‍🟩

vibes / decor inside is so pretty! pics don’t do it justice we ate a SQUAB. it was like $70. it’s a little bird situation 🐦 it was actually very yummy though

New entrant to the North America’s Top 50 list and I’m not sure it deserves that accolade but it was a decent meal in a gorgeous space. Service was a bit awk in the beginning but they made up for it in the end with hospitality. Unexpectedly loved the chicory salad; expectedly loved the squab and tortellini. Prices are $$$ but the dishes - with the exception of the sardine toast - were done well. Especially enjoyed the lychee and passionfruit pavlova in the end.

For all the hassle, the pizza was just alright??? 😅 Love the chew of the crust, but the middle part was quite soggy. The tomato sauce on the marg pizza was divine though. Ranked #1 pizza in the world by whomst??

Italian food with a french twist. This resto is on the second floor of the newly opened Tin Building in Seaport (courtesy of Jean-Georges). I personally thought the food was meh at best (bread starter was decent, beet salad was a bit oily, truffle pizza was super thin crust but also heavy on top, which made it impossible to hold its shape, and the ravioli was a bit bland). The service was also a bit bizarre - the waitress kept trying to take our plates away before we were done and forgot our orders half way through. Wouldn't recommend.
