the rating in google maps for this place is mad inflated bc why are people calling the food “average” but still giving five stars… anyway, despite the namesake, it’s asian fusion, which usually suffers the fate of being unremarkable in any particular cuisine esp compared to the plentiful, more specialized options in the area also, despite the namesake, the bánh mì was small and lacking in filling; it was almost all carrots and there were only a few pieces chả lụa. having no pâté is downright criminal for a “traditional” bánh mì 😭 pretty sure they used ai art boo!!!!

yay they’re open again!!! i prefer the jasmine here over molly tea tbh also i’ve been filing all the tea places under coffee since i don’t drink coffee anyway but maybe they’re better under dessert??? maybe i’ll redo it later lmao

💚 scallion chicken noodle soup • $10.75 never get flat noodles for takeaway because it always clumps. anyways i love soup 💚 char siu w/ rice • $9.50 char siu a bit on the dry side but acceptable 💛 spicy chili oil wontons • $5.50 love how filled they were! don’t love how they had barely any taste even with the chili oil
