Seoul-style bulgogi resto near Penn Station. Standouts include the kimchi mandoo, fried rice, bulgogi of course, and the red bean ice cream. Service was fast and efficient, and the ambiance was also lovely. Would recommend coming with a larger group so that you can try everything.
