Love the crispy brussel sprouts, the dressing adds a nice acidity and very savory. The whipped brown butter for the hotcakes are a must. The eggs on the sandwich were super fluffy, it could use a bit more of the chili jam.

The ricotta hotcakes were good, but what I enjoyed most was the brussel sprouts! The mustard seed and the scallions really helps with the savory taste. Beah had the breakfast sandwich that she wished the chili jam was more pronounced.
