not sure if i’d wait an hour again but the french dip was tasty def put the shoestring fries in the sandwich for extra crunch, limeade helps to cut through the grease but was really tart 🍋🟩

- got in line @ 11:20 am (10 min before opening), ordered by 12:10pm, got food by 12:15pm - the dry aged prime rib was super tender & the caramelized onions + horseradish aioli complemented the sandwich well but the the au jus was a little salty - i didn’t think i’d like the shoestring fries but they were actually cooked really well and had a good crunch - overall review: you can tell the ingredients are high quality but i honestly wouldn’t wait for it again bc it’s overhyped imo for an expensive sandwich with 0 customizations available
