- got in line @ 11:20 am (10 min before opening), ordered by 12:10pm, got food by 12:15pm
- the dry aged prime rib was super tender & the caramelized onions + horseradish aioli complemented the sandwich well but the the au jus was a little salty
- i didn’t think i’d like the shoestring fries but they were actually cooked really well and had a good crunch
- overall review: you can tell the ingredients are high quality but i honestly wouldn’t wait for it again bc it’s overhyped imo for an expensive sandwich with 0 customizations available
