not the best matcha in the world and not the worst matcha in the world…we can start off there.
when you order a matcha, you have three matcha options, i believe i chose hinata? they recommended one for the strawberry latte and i took them up for it :) it was really nice and deep with bitter notes, a really lovely concoction hehe.
i think when i evaluate cafes, i tend to go through a lot of factors like quality, atmosphere, and price. the cafe itself has limited seating, it’s like limited to 4-5 customers since it’s a pretty small establishment. for the sizing of the drink and the pricing for ~$7-8, i’d say i’d find better price points for drinks in other places. but due to the location, literally being a block down from the busy parts of ktown, it’s a nice escape from the bustling city, and a nice drink to hold in your hand.
there are definitely better matcha places in the city but this one isn’t a bad option if you want something natural. i’d rate this place a solid 7!
