The buta shabbu pork belly was ok I think when I tried my friends last year it was so good but this time around it was ehhh. Very Smokey from the pork belly , noodles were nothing special . The mushroom udon was very flavorful ! For apps : the wagyu skewers were yummy along with the karaage chicken

Tiramisu cake was kinda hard :( the egg yolk mochi bread was nothing special too doughy didn’t taste the egg yolk flavor… and for the drinks i got the amber Ceylon tea it didn’t taste like what I expected . I could make better milk tea at home :( Jasslyne got jasmine milk tea and she don’t like it either lol.

Love the appetizer. The chicken karaage was delicious but the spicy mayo sauce tasted very acidic so we ended up using the Buta udon sauce. Wagyu appetizer was tender and yummy. Seasonal mushroom udon - there was a variety of mushrooms in it. The broth was savory and the mushrooms were cooked well - had good texture. The udon was cooked perfectly. Overall, it’s delicious but I wouldn’t say it’s anything special. Just good udon. Buta shabu udon - very smoky pork belly but it wasn’t really seasoned, just tasted smokey. It came with udon, sesame dressing/sauce, cucumbers and the pork belly. Very simple but I don’t think it’s worth $23. The udon are thinner than the ones in the hot udon. Would come back tho

Tiramisu tart 6/10 - not too sweet, nothing special either Salted egg, pork floss and mochi bread - cannot taste the salted egg, mochi part had barely any flavor, the best thing was the pork floss, the bread itself was heavy and dry. 2/10. Jasmine bouquet milk tea 60% - Ceylon milk tea - Both drinks were too watery. Meh. Me and Tiffany did not like it.

Got to try many dishes on the house thanks to Keena. Apps: Brocollini - the best appetizer out of the three Smoke cabbage and Endives apps - both very acidic, was not expecting it to be that acidic. Cheese on top of everything. So much cheese. Focaccia with green butter - so moist. The butter was light and soft. Yum yum. Clams w breadcrumbs - 8.7/10 Mussel - 9/10 I feel like the mussel meat tasted better but both had really good flavors and cooked differently. Lamb steak - 10/10 SO GOODDDDD, big portion for $39. Tender and juicy. Would order again. Caramelized onion ravioli and the goat milk pasta - both so good. Creamy, milky, went so well with the lamb steak. Would go back to try the other pasta. Fried cheese ball - salty and tasted very umami. Just not a huge fan of cheese to begin with. Desserts: Vanilla job > olive oil cake > apple crostata Alcoholic Espresso drinks were so strong. 5.5/10. Non alcoholic drinks were mehhh. The prosecco was 9/10 tho.
