The short rib was amazing, very tender & flavorful. The salad was a little spicy but im a pussy 4 spicy foods even though im mexican, oh the irony🥲 Was not a fan of kimchi before trying it at this place, my boyfriend repeated the kimchi side dish 3 times (thats how good it was lol) Second pic is the truffle potato pancakes. They were perfectly fried, golden crispy crunch of goodness mixed with a truffle sauce similar to shake shack’s limited edition truffle fries if u ever tried them

rly yummy would go back again to try more. the hojok galbi was so tender and flavorful. the ramen fried rice was like alright but i guess i expected more bc of all the hype online? beef tartare was fine but the crispy chips overpowered it a bit… should’ve ordered the truffle potato thing instead (it smelled so good from the table next to us) drinks were good!! i liked my cocktail and my friend ordered a highball (forgot what it had but tasted like yuzu a bit) quite expensive tho

A lotta people say I take the best candids in town 👍👍. This place was even better than the last time. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything we got, but the special cheese balls are maybe a skip. Gotta get the revamped app done so we can get Deb on taste! I also learned there’s much online discourse about 100 men vs 1 gorilla. I musnt understand the size or strength of a gorilla because in my head 100 men so obviously clear.

beef tartare was so good ty ally for the recco 😫 i had low expectations cause that shin ramen fried rice looked gimmicky to me but it was overall solid. the ssam set being $5 kinda hurt me tho like 🤨 it’s a cup of lettuce 🤨
