me, chloe, and alex ventured up to flushing for a food crawl at a variety of places. our first stop was at white bear which was very unassuming and only had a takeout window. we got the signature dish: wontons with chili oil. they were incredible. the meat was flavorful and the wontons were perfectly soft. the chili oil gave a nice kick and there was some crispy chili thing that made it even better. these blew me away and I was so content with the price. one dish was $9 all in.
