Burger was fire but using it in the same sentence as Au Cheval is crazy. These were maybe the best fries I’d had in my life. Also my gimlet was the best drink I’ve ever had. I’m riding the Balmers peak into this update. So expect outages shortly 😆😆👅 Don’t forget to lick your friends! Especially Andrea! She loves it 👅👅👅👅👅👅👅

Arlen didn’t tag us - happy hour menu was okay, the drinks were good. My Moscow mule for 10$ happy hour was delicious. The happy hour oysters were mid and tiny - not worth 2$ each. Shrimp cocktail was good, burgers at first bite were good but progressively got worse and really needed ketchup

Burger was sloppier than au cheval’s and the egg was overcooked (just a bit) but it did come really close. So so good. Brussels were a pass, I like them more carmelized + sweet whereas these were a bit bitter.

the sign landed on Andrea’s sweater precisely so it said “burgers” which is hilarious and apt. Food was great! Top 5 NYC burger. The place was too crowded though. Tiny venue!

Intimate little spot out on Ave B. Thought the burger had good flavor though mine lowkey fell apart LOL (nothing a little fork and knife action couldn’t fix though 😂). Little gem salad was also refreshing. Not sure I’d run back again but honestly would make for a cute date night if you need a last minute booking.
