considered one of the best taco spots in nyc, taqueria ramirez does not disappoint.
located in greenpoint (conveniently around the corner from my friend’s apt), taqueria ramirez serves up a minimal menu (as all taco spots should). all tacos are served the same. let the meat do the talking.
the meat here is really solid and they serve it on a corn tortilla which I enjoyed.
I think they would be a solid contender in the austin taco scene. for new york, I have yet to try better.
It was very good and quick, only downside is they only give you meat, you have to do the toppings yourself
Pretty good and pretty pricey. Not sure if I’ll venture for these but if ur in the area a short 10-15 min wait for these is worth it
不要錯過紐約市超頂的一間taco店！ 豬肚超嫩，suadero很有口感，讓後每一個al pastor taco上面都放一塊鳳梨！這間的菜單總是只有5-6個選擇，而且每個taco都是現做的，肉量給的超多！取餐後不要忘記加辣椒醬（我給紅色推一個），新鮮的洋蔥，跟香菜！
greenpoint is surprisingly close to LIC (2 stops on the G), and this has been one of my favorite spots to go to for tacos if I’m not trying to go to jackson heights (also 2 stops from LIC lol)
when it comes to tacos, tripa lengua and cabeza are usually my go-tos, but I actually think ramirez’s suadero is the best option on their menu
I always go at bizarre times (this time was 230pm) so there was basically no line, but I think there’s usually always a line
if u go pls do not be alarmed by the demographic of the people in line / neighborhood I promise they’re actually decent tacos
