Prix fixe four course menu for 42 euros but it’s all vegetarian. Surprisingly did not miss the meat and every dish slapped real hard
We added the fish tartare as a supplement and it was sick, but even sicker was the drink pairing
Never have I gotten a drink pairing and thought wow that’s a great drink pairing UNTIL TODAY
Super interesting things like lavender/yuzu/vermouth/beer (all in one drink) instead of just wine after wine
Highly recommend - best meal in Brussels by far
I hate Brussels but not this restaurant
