this made the trip to brussels worth it. for a plant based menu i was so shook. also one of the best drink pairings ive done they did beer cocktails which i loved especially since i don't rlly like beer it made it way more palatable.

Prix fixe four course menu for 42 euros but it’s all vegetarian. Surprisingly did not miss the meat and every dish slapped real hard We added the fish tartare as a supplement and it was sick, but even sicker was the drink pairing Never have I gotten a drink pairing and thought wow that’s a great drink pairing UNTIL TODAY Super interesting things like lavender/yuzu/vermouth/beer (all in one drink) instead of just wine after wine Highly recommend - best meal in Brussels by far I hate Brussels but not this restaurant
