If you ever find yourself in the city of brotherly love, hit up Chinatown’s Nan Zhou for some hand drawn noodles. So authentic that I found a few hairs in my bowl. Made it taste even better. Cash/Venmo only and very affordable

Absolute gem in Philly - other noodle places in NYC still don’t compare in terms of taste or value. Used to be a big bowl of these noodles for 7$ but now it’s 12$… still elite value Shaved > hand drawn, beef tendon > beef slices
