This place lived up to the hype. It was light and fluffy but also salty and buttery (a little too buttery tho imo). Why is the bread so ugly looking tho it looks like 💩We didn’t get any creams to dip it in and we only got one bread lol. The inside looked really spacious and good to yap in. Would come back again~

We tried going to Mimi’s but the line was too long 🙄 I got the original tart flavor and it was yummy. My only complaint is after they put on my cheesecake toppings fell off as they were handing it back to me and didn’t put on more 🤡 so I wasted a topping choice bruh

So yummy in my tummy~ it was cold outside so the hot pot was very satisfying to eat. We got the pork collagen pot and it tasted even better with the sauces. We also got yuzu miso salmon app. Unfortunately I was yapping too much and didn’t properly savor my meal 🥲 altogether for two people the meal was $27 pp after tax and tip

No line 🙌 and like 2 blocks from Arielle’s place so they were still hot. It’s kinda annoying how you have to order multiple bagels because I jut want one bagel 🤡 I got the vodka sauce shmear bc it’s their limited flavor, but after the first bite it was mid. I wish I got the scallion🥲 the bagel itself was quite good (everything > sesame > plain) but tbh I do think this place is overhyped. There are definitely better bagel places elsewhere in nyc

Yay Chinatown post IPhO conference! We got two noodle dishes to share among 3 people and it was a good amount of food. Lizzy let us have her string beans too so i was very full after. We went around 6pm and it was PACKED. A lot of non Chinese ppl there and the waitresses speak English phew. Cash/venmo only but there’s an ATM outside. Lizzy came in clutch with her $50 bill🫡 altogether w tax and tip it was $63 for 4 people🙏🤲 SO CHEAP Shaved noodles were better than hand drawn ✌️everything was so good we ate in silence Braised beef broth w shaved noodles — 8/10 Hand drawn noodles w pork sauce — 7/10 (tastes great w rice and 老干妈!) String beans — 8/10 Fried dumplings — 5/10
