got the cafeteria lunch! lowkey did not look like much food and i thought it was insanely overpriced but i was pleasantly surprised by the food. i don’t even like vegetables and pumpkin much but i quite enjoyed everything here.
- salad greens were very fresh and i enjoyed the lemon ginger dressing
- potato pizza was a little hard to cut but was yum and i loved the roast beef
- did not love the pickled veggies sadly (they pickle it for a year)
- squash was surprisingly yum (i do not like squash)
- cake was perfect w the cream not too sweet
lowkey felt very #amity core (iykyk). everything they serve is from their farm and greenhouses super cool!
Cafeteria lunch at Blue Hill. Only a 45 min drive from grand central! The food was delicious. In particular we all loved the soup and pear dessert. A very plant forward meal but there was some meat.
Farm tour was fun, we got to walk through the greenhouse and see live goats (not lambs).
Would love to try the full dinner here someday when @bean hits staff 💯
Came here for a wedding; the food and vibes were phenomenal. No notes. I don’t usually love steak and I devoured that.
