Baby’s first taste review 👶 Everything here was solid. Agree that the first bite (beef tartare) was the best, the brioche toast it was on was so good. For the mains, the arctic char was cooked really well and the curry was delicious with a good kick. I also really liked the striped jack, it kinda reminded me of lox (but elevated I guess). Same with the galbi, the sweetish sauce went really well with it and it was cooked perfectly. I usually love scallops but I thought this one was just ok

Had to go check out the new three Michelin star place before they raise their prices. Was it great? Yeah. But was it as good as other two or three Michelin places I’ve been? No. The first bite of beef tartare was the best bite of the night. The arctic char with kimchi curry was spicy and had a real kick to it. Everything else was kinda just good. The plating was also just good but not great, and I was a little underwhelmed by the flavor of the dessert It was overall a pretty great meal but for three Michelin stars I wanted to be blown away In comparison for Asian New York tasting menus I’d go 1. huso 2. Joo Ok 3. This place 4. Jua But first and second place were way cheaper
