This was such a great meal!
The misugaru cocktail reminds me of an espresso martini, which was really good. The kjun was really smooth
faves were the galbi & grits, nola bbq shrimp, the side dishes, kimchi soup, and the strawberry shortcake with cornbread.
The kimchi soup was really flavorful
The galbi and grits were perfectly cooked. The meat was soft and the grits were creamy and cheesy. The sauce was more on the savory side and the pickled radish on top adds some acidity to the whole dish.
The Nola bbq shrimp was very buttery and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. Really great with their sourdough.
loved the side dishes especially the okra kimchi and the watermelon radish kimchi. It has a nice balance of sweetness and freshness, could use some heat though imo.
The strawberry shortcake was so good and simple. Cream tasted like it was sweetened with strawberry syrup and the strawberries itself were sweetened enough to still taste the actual fruit.
