i never had omakase, and char took me for the first time :,-) <3 so Buri was a fantastic one with pickled jalepeno and yuzu, the tuna collar was incredibly fatty and delicious, i had uni for the first time and OH MAH GAHHHHH i have been awaken to some primal desire, and man everything was fantastic - scallop was incred and can’t forget the shrimp ambiance was lovely in the sense that the chefs knew so much about the fish, was so kind and funny, we made friends with our neighbors and we celebrated dessert was cold mochi that was so refreshing and cold - but still maintained its chewy texture, something i’ve never experienced at the same time in mochi but the best thing was the company that i had to eat this experience with <3 eating with someone that enjoys food equally as you do is truly such a blessing

worth the 10 extra wrinkles we grew on our faces the environment was very relaxed and unpretentious, we made friends with our neighbours, the chefs were fun to talk to and i got to try so many fish for the first time! i rarely order dessert but their mochi is worth it. light in flavour and the texture was fun (it’s what i’d imagine clear slime to feel like in your mouth)

the acid, sweetness of tamarind, savory soy sauce, garlic chips, marbled beef, and the savory leaning fragrance of coriander was all encapsulated in my mouth - the butter beef, yet another incredible flavor i have had the privilege of eating on this planet. a must for food lovers

the caesar salad was great, but i’ve got to be honest, i’m not sure that i was the correct target demographic for this tasting menu, asian inspired american cuisine, was good food, but not really for me :: if you have a palette for decadent entrees, this is for you

novelty adult chuck-e-cheese in seattle, they pour generous drinks and if you have plenty of quarters, it’ll bring you back to when you thought you peaked in 2nd grade when you saved three NPC’s from burning alive in their house from that firefighting arcade game that you cherished so dearly - or it could’ve just be me lmao

feels like your staple neighborhood bar that’s been on the block since 1970, got two pool tables with my fav being the one that’s inner most, nice drinks, montucky’s are always cold and scrumptious
