this the best quality coffee you are going to get in Walla Walla, dare i say south east washington, originally started as a trailer coffee shop! now brick and mortar Joshua and his Carte team are superb and are absolutely dialed in their coffee science, with niche knowledge and nuggets of fun facts about the coffee world and walla walla if you ask nicely haha, love this place

i’ve been going here since i was in high school, same abuela working the front and recognizes me, the team, so kind, ive seen many changes since almost 10 years of going here and i do have to say im so loyal to this place. tacos are a must, their quesa birria amazing, and their do some always hits and not too much oil. you have to try all their sauces

THE MOST DELICIOUS COLD SAMMICH I EVAH HAD, forgot name of sandwich but my gf and I went here to get cold sandwiches and what a gem in the middle of nowhere. i had rabbit for the first time, veggies incred fresh, acidity perfect, sauce *smacks lips*, bread? focaccia (not soggy), people? (so kind :,) makes you feel so welcome)

bruddah, dis soup heals me whenever i come back from the airport, the 깍두기 (radish kimchi) is a lil on the sweeter side and one time i went when it was a bit soft, but i think it may have been just a one time thing, their pajeon (seafood savory pancake) was sooo crispy and yum
