this place is so good i think it’s michelin recognized which makes sense i love udon yummy

I really wish I like this place more considering how much hype I heard about it from other people, but i felt like the dashi was too strong and overpowered everything else 🤕 the chicken tempura was also very dry and unseasoned

Tempura was superrr crispy. The dashi broth was a bit too strong and the noodles were on dryer spectrum (not chewy bouncy like I’ve had in the past at Zaru). Added shichimi and lemon to boost the broth.
