"Been here a few times, and each time I enjoy it, but I still donāt understand the Michelin star. The restaurantās interior does an excellent job of authentically capturing Japanese culture; it feels thoughtfully designed and immersive. As for the food, itās good, but not particularly memorable. The standout dish was definitely the fried chicken. The udon noodles have a great texture, and the broth is smooth and light rather than creamy. However, the portions of toppings are quite minimal, and you have to pay extra for additions if you want a more flavorful bowl. PSA: flavored IPA was š«£" - om nom nom
