Philly’s #1 Taster (Tastee? Tastemaster? Taste-a-bater? Taste-osterone?) back at it again. Not a foodie at heart but this app is slowly changing me Saw this cute Dominican joint while walking near Center City (Callowhill). It did not disappointment. A local business with the sweetest old lady holding it down. Mofongo (plantain based dish) + seafood soup + pernil w/ rice and beans.
