price was CRAZY but the quality was really great. I just hate when NYC takes typically cheap and great food experiences from NJ and just hikes up the prices… guess they gotta pay rent!!

Saw that they just opened, so I really wanted to go. It was a cool concept where each person gets their own side dishes, meat, and veggie platter. Some of the side dishes were so cool and unique!! For me though, this is like a one time experience kinda place. I’m not sure I would go again HAHAHAHA. But ALSO really kind host!! She felt bad that we got seated later than our reservation time so she gave us the kimchi pancake as service and IT WAS VERY CRISPY and delicious!

New Korean/Japanese shabu shabu spot by Ktown that is quite the fun experience for if you’re with a group, esp in the winter time. Don’t think I’ll be running to come back here though. Def more on the casual side. The wagyu uni tartare was a great starter, if a bit expensive ($42!!). The shabu shabu is charged per person, and it comes with ample veggies, noodles, meat and banchan (which were very intricate and not like your usual ktown side dishes). Matcha tiramisu is skippable and is the only dessert option - should just get dessert at any of the million spots nearby.
