My favorites were the Egg and Caviar (myeong ran beurre blanc, fennel, rice cake) and the Apricot Sorbet with oolong granita and cherries. rest of the tasting menu was solid. Def worth trying
Tasting menu resto with a focus on hand rolls. All the starters are fun and whimsical, and the main hand roll sets were fresh, full of texture and flavor. The desserts were interactive (dipping the rice cracker in the honey) and the perfect jolt of sugar to end the night. The only thing is that there was a loooot of time between courses on the night I was there, so bring someone you actually enjoy talking to 🫣
