Got to try many dishes on the house thanks to Keena. Apps: Brocollini - the best appetizer out of the three Smoke cabbage and Endives apps - both very acidic, was not expecting it to be that acidic. Cheese on top of everything. So much cheese. Focaccia with green butter - so moist. The butter was light and soft. Yum yum. Clams w breadcrumbs - 8.7/10 Mussel - 9/10 I feel like the mussel meat tasted better but both had really good flavors and cooked differently. Lamb steak - 10/10 SO GOODDDDD, big portion for $39. Tender and juicy. Would order again. Caramelized onion ravioli and the goat milk pasta - both so good. Creamy, milky, went so well with the lamb steak. Would go back to try the other pasta. Fried cheese ball - salty and tasted very umami. Just not a huge fan of cheese to begin with. Desserts: Vanilla job > olive oil cake > apple crostata Alcoholic Espresso drinks were so strong. 5.5/10. Non alcoholic drinks were mehhh. The prosecco was 9/10 tho.

olive oil + honey + sea salt on vanilla gelato?!!? 🍨 SMASH the sheeps milk cheese pasta was sweeter than i expected, but it tasted rly fresh and was interesting to try but i just felt like sth was missing (?) maybe cuz there was no meat in any of the pasta entrees 😔 also the grilled mussels were like a tiny portion size imma needa come back and try other things ✋

I don’t know why I didn’t like this place more 😭 my favorite Italian place in the city has been L'Artusi and it had the best dessert I’ve ever had and I told Stephanie while she was staying with me and she got me one as a surprise on the way out 😭. I should be nicer to her. David loved this place and so does like everyone so it’s probably better than I gave it credit for. Also discount my lactose intolerance penalty I give everywhere I’m worried will make my tummy hurt 😪

I will be dreaming about the broccoli pesto gnocchi for the foreseeable future. I’m actually salivating right now PLEASE Service was incredible, and portions were perfect for sharing 🤤 Eug says that if Lilia has one fan it’s him or Andrea, but I think I should be added to that list now 🫨🫶🏼😀
