Greenwich Village, Manhattan●9.1
Finally got to try this place for a bday brunch (15 people). The space is small, but we made it work and I believe there's a $55(?) prix fixe brunch menu for bigger groups. We got there at 2pm and stayed through 5 ($10 negroni happy hour form 3-5pm!!!)
Drinks were top-notch, as expected from a World's Top 50 bar. Favorites included the Negroni Bianco, Clarified pina colada, and Grasshopper (more of a dessert tbh). The food was also decent! The menu we had came with baked goods to share (warm banana bread, rich scones, etc.) as well as their brunch items. The favorites of the group included the baked eggs and pasta. Would recommend skipping the pancakes (a friend of mine got it and it came raw...) and the frittata.
There was live music, which was super vibey except that it was slightly loud for my taste. Overall a great experience. Will be back just for drinks next time!
