Cash-only, no frills Chinese diner. Came for brekkie and wasn’t wowed by it, though I wish I did get the congee to pair with the you tiao. The soup in the noodle soup was quite tasty, but the roast pork and dumplings were average. Shrimp rice roll also had too much rice roll and too little shrimp 😭
