idk what australian cuisine is but i guess this is it. everything was really solid honestly the bread might've been the best thing? dessert was kinda disappointing it almost tasted like starchy.

ACRU is an Australian neobistro that deserves a Michelin star. I have a feeling (making a call here) that we will see accolades for this restaurant 😊

If “trust the process” was defined by a meal, it would probably be this. New tasting resto by an alum of Atomix; Australian cuisine. I won’t lie, I was confused for most of the meal because of the combination of ingredients. Dishes were interesting (as in, my friend and I were constantly trying to figure out what we were eating exactly and what the flavors reminded us of) but I can’t say I loved how everything tasted in the same way that it was easy to love Atomix. That being said, I did really enjoy a large portion of the meal and esp. appreciated the creativity, uniqueness of flavors, and attention to detail.
