If “trust the process” was defined by a meal, it would probably be this. New tasting resto by an alum of Atomix; Australian cuisine. I won’t lie, I was confused for most of the meal because of the combination of ingredients. Dishes were interesting (as in, my friend and I were constantly trying to figure out what we were eating exactly and what the flavors reminded us of) but I can’t say I loved how everything tasted in the same way that it was easy to love Atomix. That being said, I did really enjoy a large portion of the meal and esp. appreciated the creativity, uniqueness of flavors, and attention to detail.
