I just love this place. Food is insane. Desert though, not my fav, also can probs skip the pastrami (just really $$$ for how much I like it). The rum drinks are truly incredible, the music is so good, the vibe is dope (especially once it’s a little darker outside). The food is yeah out of this world so good. Love all the apps and mains. Impossible to go wrong. The oxtail and dumplings are must gets. Shrimp is really good and second favorite of the mains. Queenie is the best ever for getting this res for us ty ty ty!!!!

This review was literally 2 years in the making… Fantastic flavors (great if you’re a lover of spice), textures and variety. Bit on the expensive side - and highly recommend coming with a larger group (3-4 ppl) so you can try a few of the larger dishes - BUT it’s pretty worth it because I think there are truly very few restos like this one in Manhattan. Loved the oxtail (definition of tender), goat patties, and pastrami ($120 price tag) - every entree was filled with complex flavor and cooked expertly. The head-on shrimp was also good, but I thought the meat dishes were better. Of the apps, I thought the standouts included the falafel Kathi roll, which was surprisingly delish and the lamb ribs, which paired extremely nicely with the cucumbers. I will say I didn’t love the desserts, but I appreciate the creativity (cosmic brownie + powdered donuts??? Peak nostalgia). Vibes were also nice + the playlist was fire. Shoutout to Connor for the fire picsssss
