"Orders: tom yum, beef kimchi, garlic crab Rankings: 1. Beef Kimchi (Mayum’s) - 8/10 // great textural variety, brisket cooked so well, gr8 flavor 2. Garlic Crab (Me) - 7.5/10 // flavor was good but def needed to add a lotta white pepper and texturally slightly challenging bc it was mostly one dimensional. Cleared it tho 🕺 3. Tom Yum (Kare+Jess’s) - 7/10 // good if you’re a coconut lover, I just pref spicy sour tom yum. There was a big baddie prawn in there tho" - Syl
