Fish quality yum and the miso black cod here was so buttery and yum +on the high end side so it’s a lil hard to get full here if you come w a group +uni was creamy +would go here again but it’s for sure a splurge

SoCal AYCE sushi scene is sm better than NorCal +gr8 fish to rice ratio on the nigiri and the Wagyu roll hits every time +I would say 50 per person bc tax+ tip (if I remember right)

Order: chicken and waffles & fruity pebble cereal cocktail +the chicken is like boba shop popcorn chicken vibes and it’s so yummy w the orange sauce +the syrup is slightly gochujang-y and it has a nice asian fusion moment for brunch +the cocktail was a sweet and yummy, effective too

Ordered: mango croissant, spinach and artichoke danish, pesto Gruyère bun, garlic butter salt bread, matcha chocolat croissant, and french toast croissant cube Ranking: +garlic butter salt bread: 10/10 ambrosia, had garlic cream cheese inside +french toast croissant cube: 8/10 yum +pesto Gruyère bun: 7/10 good bread but needs more cheese or some kind of filling for textural variety +mango croissant: 6/10 good flavor but the mango was not ripe enough +matcha chocolat: 5.5/10 not enough matcha flavor and the chocolate needs to be more melted +spinach artichoke croissant: 5/10 good flavor but the giant artichoke bits were off putting

Order: ilocos empanada, kwek kwek, and iskrambol +emapanada: 6/10 // a good snack, papaya + mung bean not my fave but the pork w the vinegar sauce was yummy and good crisp on the empanada +kwek kwek: 6.5/10 // fun to try and the pickled cucumbers (?) was good addition, the sweet sauce it came w was a lil too sweet for me +iskrambol: 7/10 // presented as bubblegum initially but when the chocolate syrup mixed in it was more banana and fun to drink, looks pretty too

Order: reg burger combo +the burger was v good size and made well but I personally pref in n out more bc the potato bread bun + signature sauce read a lil sweet +mistake: forgot to say no cheese +shoe string fries not my fave but it was good for variety in texture bc crisp +this Diet Coke tastes like reg coke // either they labeled coke as diet on the fountain or this is just really yummy

Order: Celebrini latte (cake batter latte) +Tried: Celebrini matcha +the espresso was good quality and strong but it overpowered the cake batter +the matcha version was more cake batter flavor but maybe too much for me +good drinks here overall and v quick wait time
