I love Gregory from top chef who is indeed the head chef of this restaurant and the man did not disappoint
The shrimp cocktail was HUGE and the lemongrass topping was delish. The lobster spaghetti was also 10/10 I want a bottle of that sauce. The duck skin was so well caramelized and AGAIN I WANT A BOTTLE OF THE SAUCE
dessert was the only weak link - it was both too salty and too sweet
Service was also a little weird but they just opened so maybe it’ll improve, but the staff were really talking amongst themselves and there were a lot of little missteps like they forgot to take our menus after taking our order
