In my top 5 in New York for sure - truly no misses in this tasting menu. Jason said it’s one of the top wagyu steaks he has ever had. The dessert was crazy and the miso soup even crazier. Every main was so well seasoned and perfectly cooked This place is super sick cuz it’s a non profit that donates all the proceeds to eliminating food waste. The chef was from eleven Madison park and masa - dude was insane At the end they gave us each a boujee pair of chopsticks to take home and we had welcome champagne 😭 I love this place - u should go
