Ok, I really liked this spot but I highkey liked Carnitas Ramirez better 😭😭 probably in part because there was more variety, but I also realize I’m not a big Al pastor taco gal. The suadero was good because it was more tender, and I actually like the intestine (tripa) a lot but I realize that won’t be for everyone. The mild chili + onion combo is SO good - cuts through the fattiness of the meat. Also, recommend getting the guava juice in case you need something sweet to balance all the salt/savory.
