Got the tasting menu (5 courses + 5 wines for $130) here, would probably just rec going the a la carte route for more freedom when choosing the pastas. The burrata was to die for - literally a creamy little ball of joy. The rigatoni was also divine - cooked al dente with a peppery kick and smoky guanciale. The risotto was a miss - al dente risotto felt like eating undercooked rice and the balsamico overpowered any semblance of butternut squash. The polenta and short rib dish was a savory interlude; a bit on the saltier side but bearable. The tiramisu was ok - softer and fluffier than I'm used to, with a cream-to-ladyfinger ratio that was slightly too high. The cannoli was just weird - tasted like cheese? Wines were very fun, with the highlights being the opening pet net, the nebbiolo, and the moscato that ended the night. A fun, moody little Italian resto; would come here again to try some more pastas.
