Tucked inside the Marky’s Caviar, this is the new restaurant by Chef Buddha Lo (they took everyone down table by table to meet the chef and tour the kitchen!). Currently very seafood focused, which is very up my alley, each dish is absolute art… really appreciate the attention to detail. The opening bites with caviar were very memorable, along with the scallop and morel dish later on. The lamb en croute was my fave entree - not gamey at all and incredibly tender. Desserts were not my fave renditions, but still loved the creativity and artistry. They change the menu every season, but given the hefty price tag, probs won’t be back soon 🥺 for the first time in forever, I actually felt like this was too much food, so it is worth the money spent. Fair warning that dinner did take over 4 hrs LOL
