Buddha Bar Paris was such a vibe ✨🍸 Great ambience, drinks, and food all around. The atmosphere is beautiful and lively, and everything we ordered was really good. I honestly had such a great time that I forgot to take photos of everything XD Definitely one of those spots you go to for the full experience music, energy, good drinks, and good food. 10/10, definitely recommend if you’re in Paris.

Stopped by Le Restaurant du Collectionneur in Paris for a quick drink 🍸 I ordered a pornstar martini and took a shot of Hennessy. The drink looked great, but honestly it didn’t have much flavor, which was a little disappointing. The pornstar martini alone was around $28, so I was expecting a bit more from it. The space itself is beautiful and very upscale, definitely giving classic luxury hotel vibes. But for that price point, I wish the cocktail had a little more balance and flavor.

Stopped by L’Attilio in Paris for a quick bite 🇫🇷✨ I wasn’t super hungry so I kept it simple and ordered the scallops with a glass of sparkling water & a tropical drink from the bar . The scallops were really well prepared light, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Sometimes a simple dish done right is all you need. The atmosphere was really nice and relaxed, perfect for sitting down and enjoying a quiet moment in the city. Even though I kept my order small, it was still a lovely experience.

Had dinner at Blue Anchor in Jersey City, right on the waterfront, and the whole experience was amazing 🌊✨ We started with the mussels, which were so good super flavorful and the perfect appetizer to share. The drinks were great and the service was really attentive, which made the whole dinner even better. For the main, I had scallops and salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus, and everything was cooked perfectly. We also ordered the brick chicken, which is actually my favorite thing on the menu here it’s always so juicy and crispy. To finish we got the chocolate mousse, which was the perfect dessert to end the night. Between the food, drinks, service, and the waterfront views, it’s such a great spot for a nice dinner.

Tried Ume and it was such a cool experience 🍣✨ I chose the prix fixe menu and it was honestly delicious. It came with a whole set of different dishes, so you get to try a little bit of everything, and everything tasted really fresh and well made. One of my favorite parts was the setup you actually sit on the floor just like in Japan, which made the experience feel really authentic. The ambiance was so homey and cozy, it felt like you were being welcomed into someone’s home rather than just eating at a restaurant. Such a unique dining experience and the food was amazing. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you want something different and memorable.

Tried Tops Diner and it did not disappoint 🍝🍰🍸 I started with a chicken Caesar salad which was super fresh and a really good portion. Then I got the vodka pasta with salmon and it was sooo good the sauce was creamy, flavorful, and the salmon was cooked perfectly. I had an espresso martini with it (strong but smooth, exactly how it should be) and finished with strawberry cheesecake, which was the perfect sweet ending. One thing I love about Tops is they literally have everything on the menu breakfast, pasta, seafood, desserts, drinks… whatever you’re craving they probably have it. The portions are big and everything came out really good. Definitely a solid spot if you want a place that does a little bit of everything.

Finally tried Domodomo and it absolutely lived up to the hype 🍸✨ Started with a lychee martini which was the perfect mix of sweet and smooth. The edamame was simple but really fresh, and the tuna cones were honestly my favorite super crispy with really high quality tuna and just the right amount of sauce. For my main I got the miso glazed cod and it was incredible. The fish was buttery, perfectly cooked, and the miso glaze had that sweet savory balance that melts in your mouth. Everything tasted really clean and high quality. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for a cute dinner or drinks night. 🍣💫
