Had dinner at Blue Anchor in Jersey City, right on the waterfront, and the whole experience was amazing 🌊✨
We started with the mussels, which were so good super flavorful and the perfect appetizer to share. The drinks were great and the service was really attentive, which made the whole dinner even better.
For the main, I had scallops and salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus, and everything was cooked perfectly. We also ordered the brick chicken, which is actually my favorite thing on the menu here it’s always so juicy and crispy.
To finish we got the chocolate mousse, which was the perfect dessert to end the night. Between the food, drinks, service, and the waterfront views, it’s such a great spot for a nice dinner.
