absolutely love this korean restaurant in coolidge corner! i often visited after work as their portions are quite generous and everything is delicious! the jjajangmyeon noodles are perfectly cooked and the black bean sauce is not too salty. the kimchi jjigae wasn’t too spicy and paired well with rice! tangsuyuk is my favorite appetizer/side to order and this one does not disappoint! (if you’re a dipper and not a pourer, this place coats the pork pieces for you, no dip!)

amazing chinese restaurant in brookline! very modern set up with ordering on an ipad, but they were very accommodating to my grandparents—who are not as tech savvy—giving them a paper menu and helping them order. the eggplant and potato dish was so delicious when paired with white rice, it was my favorite! the string beans added a nice new texture to the plate with its crunch too. everything is quite streamline here—you scan a qr code, order on your phone or you’re given an ipad, food comes out, and you request the check on your device as well.

good seafood place in quincy, ma! our server was so lovely and personable. the food was pretty good as well—the clam chowder was a little bit salty and the onion bloom didn’t quite bloom, but it still tasted pretty yum. there was a particular smell in the restaurant that took some getting used to, but it was alright after awhile. the menu includes asian influenced dishes as well as seafood! not too many vegetarian options besides the veggie stir fry, unfortunately.

a great spot to go to in midtown for ramen! the ambience is great and service is quick. food is delicious and the mango shaved ice is a perfect way to end a meal! the dish portion is perfect for one but the shaved ice is quite large, so i recommend to share btwn four people or else you might get super full 😅. it can get really crowded so definitely reserve a table in advance!

absolutely delicious thai food and wonderful service! our waiter was very kind and walked us through their unique menu — it’s separated based on dishes from different regions of thailand. we tried their pad see ew as it’s always a staple when i eat thai food! the noodles were soft and it had a peppery taste with hints of sweetness. in addition to the pad see ew we ordered their pad mhee korat and it was slightly sweeter with a strong tomato flavor. the crispy pork lived up to its name and the meat was super tender! definitely give it a try if you visit 🤗

the most unique and beautiful indian food i’ve had! definitely try one of their pizzas if you get a chance to visit! my family always over-orders when we eat here just because everything on the menu sounds so good 🤣 the interior is gorgeous and filled with paintings! they also play fun classics that you may know while you enjoy ur meal :) ps for anyone else who doesn’t like cilantro — make sure to let the staff know as most dishes are decorated with it!

one of my go-to katsu curry spots in nyc! it’s not overly expensive and the flavor always hits :) i love stopping by when im in ktown for a quick eat as you order through a tablet and don’t have to talk as much! note: the curry can be a bit salty and there’s not enough rice to balance it out so be careful if you have sodium concerns!

a cute spot for grabbing a quick lunch or early dinner! it’s not the most aesthetic restaurant on the block but the pad see ew and chive dumplings are delicious 😆 ps the portions are large so if you go with a big group order one less entree!

the perfect spot for a date night! the food is delicious and the dim lighting + real candle makes for a special dinner 🫶 i’ve been here on multiple occasions and the chicken with both egg and kimchi fried rice is my go-to! anything on a hot skillet is always great :) the staff is also very sweet and attentive making this one of my fav spots in nyc! ps make sure to reserve in advance as it can get super busy on friday-sunday nights!

a beautiful interior with fun drinks! this cafe is perfect for sipping on fresh milk tea and taking pictures with ur friends 🤗 it can get crowded and is often filled with people working on their laptops but don’t let that stop you from talking with ur friends! the drink was on the sweeter side so if that’s not ur vibe then don’t forget to ask for reduced sugar!
