Cesar’s Old Mexico. No place I’d rather be. Hostess said it’s gonna be a 20 minute wait, me and moms decided to grab a drink at the bar to get thru the wait. Bartender spoke approximately 0 English, but luckily she understood “Margarita”. Table was ready in 4 minutes. Moms got the Cheese Smothered California Burrito (no sour cream) Jake got the Asada “So-Pusa” and Pastor taco. Food came out hot, and ready for chewin. The culinary experience can be described as nothing other than “An explosion of ancient and modern Mexican flavors that floods your mouth and throat with the embellishment of mixed cultures and peoples.” We stole 4 cups. Every waitress was at least 45 and had insanely fat butts, not in a weird way but in an insane and interesting way. I am a man that is fascinated and intrigued by Mexican culture and cuisine, and this place by far gives me the most satisfying experience and scratches that itch for me. Mandatory stop whenever in Springfield. If it ever goes out of business I will find myself at the bottom of a lake in my truck. Thank you old Mexico for filling my mouth with joy.

First there was the Hub, then there was Pub n Grub. A little love for an OG Hood Classic. Forgot what this sandwich was called but I literally started playing with it after I finished the sandwich. Just slabs of grocery store meat creamed on by a Mayo bucket on a jalapeno cheddar bun on a bed of fries. Unreal flavors. Waitress gave us a special for $1 beers which did not apply to us. Angie’s Prime Grill. Honestly pretty good, $10 protein bowl with sweet potato cado rice and sirloin A lot of places that try and bend you over when you order their meat. Angie’s meat is all about you. I would eat here again if it wasn’t in the part of town that should be gated off and deemed a mental facility

Best dive bar in the world. Double patty melt with large basket of seasoned fries hits the spot after 3 Banquets. Then 3 more after. Actually affordable to drink here

Got some Asian food at the sports bar. No asian beer but it’s okay. Crouching tiger, hidden dragon. Unbelievably hot waitress, miller lites were $5 until 14 minutes ago. Manager has a mullet, I feel safe here.
