LOVED! I was skeptical at first but this probably tops all the omakase places I’ve been to in America! WILL BE RETURNING and hopefully sososososo soon. The details were so perfect and I love when I learn something new during a meal! HIGHLY RECOMMEND omg great service immaculate food gogogogogo if u have the chance. Honestly this place would probably have a Michelin star if Michelin stars existed in Seattle. I need to try taneda now but this set the bar so incredibly high.

Was really good and would return but maybe my expectations were too high :,))) I didn't think it was mindblowing :,)) standouts were the octopus and tofu itself
