winter menu is my personal fave cuz the fish are extra fatty and flavourful… was blessed with not one but TWO bites of ankimo and the freshest uni ive had in a hot min 😭💛
still not the biggest fan of shirako (iykyk) but the sauce he served it with made it a lot more palatable
always a good time with chef keiji
food is always top quality and diverse, they serve the best ankimo 🤤
LOVED! I was skeptical at first but this probably tops all the omakase places I’ve been to in America! WILL BE RETURNING and hopefully sososososo soon. The details were so perfect and I love when I learn something new during a meal! HIGHLY RECOMMEND omg great service immaculate food gogogogogo if u have the chance. Honestly this place would probably have a Michelin star if Michelin stars existed in Seattle. I need to try taneda now but this set the bar so incredibly high.
