Pros: great food, beautiful decor, delicious cocktails Cons: ramen could use more broth Delicious ramen and great cocktails! Honestly, I should have known better because wagamama is known for their high quality food. I got the tantanmen and the beef was delicious! My only criticism was that the noodle to broth ratio was slightly off. Not enough broth and too much noodle. I asked for a side of kimchi and it paired so well with that ramen. I honestly think they should just put kimchi on the tantanmen. The Thai chili marg was sooo yummy and quite strong tbh. I loved addition of the coconut syrup. There are loads of vegetarian and chicken options, so it’s great for anyone who has a vegetarian friend or a friend who only eats chicken. The restaurant decor was beautiful and spacious. The service was also great too.

Pros: delicious spicy food! (Do not bother coming if you don’t like spice) Cons: they charge for rice 😠 SPICY!!!! Which is perfect for me!! We had the lucky coin tofu and the mala squid and chives (not pictured because I forgot lol) I loved the texture each and it made a great combo. The only con is that they charge for rice, which to me is a very cheap move. You know that nobody is going to eat this without rice! Why are we charging? My local takeout Chinese doesn’t charge, so why should an upscale restaurant charge? I’ve been meaning to come to this place for a while and was not disappointed! The service was great. My friend wanted an IPA, but they ran out of the beer. She asked for a recommendation and the server ended up going to the kitchen and specifically finding an IPA for her. I had a sip and it was quite good! The restaurant was beautiful with lots of space! The seats were very comfy. I appreciate how they actually gave us good seats. Usually, restaurants will put you in the corner even if it’s a full restaurant because it’s convenient to them.

Pros: strong drinks, cute decorations Cons: expensive, poor speaker quality, loud staff Not bad! The drinks were on the strong side here! I had the Epo, which was a lovely dessert cocktail and my friend had the Takeo which was a twist on a martini. It was a bit pricey tho. On their website and Instagram, they advertise this place as a listening bar with a cool, chill ambiance. The emphasis is on music. However, the staff was talking really loudly in the bar area (almost screaming) and the quality of the speakers wasn’t that great. Yes, city pop was playing but it didn’t feel like the center of the bar. I couldn’t really feel the music if that makes sense. If this was a cheap neighborhood bar, I could let it slide. However, it was 28 dollars for one drink. I think there are better listening bars out there, so I’d check that out instead.

Pros: good food and drinks, good music/aesthetic. Cons: pricey, server shunted us out as soon as we paid (we were well under the two hour limit) I love a vinyl bar and the aesthetic was top tier for this place. The vinyl DJ has a great selection and the decorations were so quirky and creative. The food was also much better than I expected. It was a bit pricey though. The crab croquettes were extremely cheesy and delicious, but now that I think about it idk if I could taste the crab. Still yummy but I wish they gave us a bit more. The tonkatsu was deliciously crispy and topped with a lovely brown sauce. It also paired perfectly with the omurice, which was great too. The omurice was so fluffy and the rice was tomatoey and flavorful! I do wish it did slice perfectly and have a bit of a runny middle like other omurice. The drinks were also lovely! I had a sake fused with pineapple and some other fruity flavors. I don't remember the name because I asked the waitress for a recco. My friend's beer was also extremely delicious! Service towards the end fell a bit flat: I feel like they really shunted us out after we paid the check. There’s a two hour limit to dining and we definitely did not meet at dining limit. It was a bit annoying because we literally JUST paid the check, and then the server asked us to leave so others could sit there. She was apologizing to the people next to us, which had me feeling like we were an inconvenience even tho we were literally paying customers too. Honestly, I did love the food and the vibe but that last bit of service definitely rubbed me the wrong way a bit. I might go back, but if they do something like that again I will not return.

The WORST Indian restaurant I have EVER been to and maybe one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to of all time. First of all, they straight up served us a dish that did not match the menu. We asked for Kerala crab cakes. The description said that it was a crab cake mixed with curry leaves and other spices. They served us what was clearly a frozen crab cake from restaurant depot with wait for it MANGO BOBA POPPING BUBBLES. WHY ARE THERE BOBA POPPING BUBBLES ON MY CRAB CAKE. We also asked for fish moilee which is a coconut based curry and they served it with an onion and tomato base. My father’s family is from kerala. When we went to confront them, the manager and the rest of the staff HID in the kitchen. We had to walk to the kitchen to call them out. Additionally, it took almost an hour for the food to come out. There was a neighboring table that had a small child who was hungry. Such a massive waste of money and time. The food was so expensive and took forever. We will never return.
