Not sure if it’s bc I DoorDashed it or what, but it was kinda mid. They put way too many pepperonis and not enough of the other toppings annnd the cheese skirt was chewy not crispy

We went to a local bar and were recommended this shio ramen spot by the manager. No joke you could smell the broth before you even entered the restaurant. I think we’ll return to this spot every time we’re in Tokyo
