Went to dinner at Vallata they had no vegan options on the menu but the waiter was amazing and super patient w all the questions and going back and forth to the chef to see what they could make vegan which was sweetie pie. I had a margarita pizza and added mushrooms and the mushrooms were the most insane thing I’ve had in my life they were crispy and idk how they were seasoned but almost tasted barbecue and meaty???? So so good. Also the BEST skinny marg I’ve ever had in my life??? And it was fun drawing on the paper tablecloth 😆😆
